Week4: 2018/03/17~03/23
Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

斯巴達的難度絕不是有了肌肉量與心肺就能順利完成,
為此加入了學習到的功能性訓練,改善神經系統與增進肌肉控制!
deload卻因為爆發力訓練,變得比平時訓練費神費力!
不尋常的訓練,在健身房中被當成異類也是在所難免!
但,自己最清楚自己在做什麼!
也必須清楚!
有了新挑戰生活更新鮮,每天都期待著新型態的訓練模式!
同時為計畫滿月更動,從增肌減脂轉為專心減脂!
Adding new plan, turning to new mode, preparing for the same target.
We must to know what did we do.
Something sometimes didn't seem like that.
Functional training really astonished me.
Consumpting much more energy than I thought.
The goal have always be there, the mindset should be more stable.
From time to time, meeting the situation with slightly adjusting the plan.
